Discount Applying To All

I have created a coupon code that should only be applying to the initial/trial amount, but it is still applying to all. Here is the code:

MISTY10|10%||ta-only (Saves Misty referrals 10% of the Startup Fee)

Did I do something incorrectly?

Your coupon definition doesn't have the description at the end, does it? In the examples that is only to explain them, but you don't use it when creating the coupons. Yours should just be this:
