Thanks for the follow-up.

I just logged in again and took another look. I see that you have Users which are not being demoted by s2Member's Auto EOT System, which you have configured to run off of the WP-Cron system. Upon further review, it looks like WP-Cron jobs on your installation are not running. This could be related to limitations imposed by your hosting company, or possibly a conflict between plugins that you're running. So this explains why Members are not getting demoted, s2Member's Auto EOT System is not being processed on your installation, even though it is enabled.

To confirm this, I adjusted your EOT Behavior options and set your EOT System to run with a traditional CRON job, through this URL: http://b4thestreet.com/main/?s2member_a ... via_cron=1

This resolved the problem, and members who were awaiting EOT were processed successfully. I would suggest that you go back over your s2Member -> PayPal Options -> EOT Behavior, and follow the instructions in that section for setting up a traditional CRON job on your server, since the WP-Cron system is not working for whatever reason. Either that, or contact your hosting company and see if they can offer an explanation as to why WP-Cron is not working on your installation.

Fantastic! I will do that now. I appreciate you getting to the bottom of this! Until I resolve the WP-Cron issue will the traditional CRON you set up catch expired EOTs or must I manually click the link you provided above?

Again, I cant thank you guys enough for all your help.

Very welcome. Yes, the traditional CRON job will catch expired EOTs as well. It works exactly the same as the WP-Cron version. The only difference is that your server ( i.e. CRON ) spawns the process, instead of WordPress itself.
