Setting up Paypal forms

Hi All,

I have been working to get the paypal forms going for my site, but the form functionality does not seem to be working for me.

Password strength meter
Hidden payment options when paypal is selected.

I have searched the forum and tried some fixes listed on the items above, I have also noted that the same java scripts loading on the s2member forms is not loading on mine.

I have tried disabling plugins and re-testing. Is there a general guide to setting up the requirements for forms or am not enabled or am missing a step here.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

It seems like you have a JavaScript conflict with something. May be another plugin or the theme you're using.

commented out of the theme, once enabled it worked as expected
