Login does not work! Please help me guys

Hi Guys and girls. I have a mu site running and I also have a buddypress site running and I have been all over these forums and all over the net and cannot find the answer to my problem. So here it is. In the s2member settings I set the log in welcome page to the users profile using this "" http://www.example.com/members/%%current_user_login%%/profile/ "" but it will not go to that page. It always goes to the homepage. How can I get this to go to the users profile page?
