Postby kevinkiepe » July 12th, 2011, 11:13 pm

We have been unable to log on with our usual password and username and your system would not recognize our email address but when we joined up as a new member it said the email was in use so i am unsure what is going on.

THE REAL ISSUE we have tried everything to get your help, offered to pay and told you we wpuld upgrade if that would help.

We are EXTREMELY frustrated, We know only one person at your company can help us, WE are BEGGING someone respond 100% in relation to our problem.

We have supplied all the details many times, can you please focus on resolving our problem and show a constructive and timely way forward, it is now over 2 weeks, the last communication was an email requesting further details which we replied to, in that email we were advised that we would have the support we needed in 24 to 48 hours, I will be looking for a reply and back and this email by 10 am Wednesday morning. I've been to your site and like what you're doing.

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting your problem solved

I might suggest that you go to a site called "odesk.com" where you can hire freelance coders that can help you very quickly.

After you register, do a simple search using terms like s2member and wordpress. You'll get a list of people that have experience in those areas. You can read a history of their job performance to check them out. They usually charge by the hour, but the fees are usually very reasonable.

I'm not connected with the site in any way. I hired a coder through odesk to write a small software program for me and was very pleased with the result.

Good luck.
