Custom fields not showing up on user page

Hi,

When looking at the 'browse members' page, the custom field headers are showing at the top of the table, but the information is not showing at all. I've tried hiding some of the fields to see if the content was formatting strange, but nothing. The information is visible in the individual user profile and the export file, just not on the wp-admin/user.php.

Any thoughts?

It works fine for me, I get the column for the custom field and the values are there. Could you please take a screenshot of your users page, removing any private info, and post it here?

Hi Cristian,

It works on my testing setup, as well. I've attached a screenshot that the client sent me. The fields are populated in the uers's profile pages. It seems like they were working before. The only thing that I've changed is the 'member directory include' script we were working on in another thread. I removed that script and it did not seem to affect anything.

Updating plugins and WP isn't so simple. They have strict security and testing protocol. I'm pretty sure it was working fine before, and am waiting for an answer as to whether anything else has changed on their setup as far as plugins or scripts.

I see. Yeah, they may have changed something.

Could it be the Members List plugin? Have you tried deactivating it?

Perhaps I should deactivate/reactivate s2member? Maybe when I added the script for the member directory include messed something up. The content is set to be safeguarded. Would I lose any configuration by doing this?

If Deactivation Safeguards are active, then you shouldn't lose your settings. Always have a backup anyway, for good measure.

The client mentioned that all fields are showing in the users' profile page, except for the registration date. Seems peculiar. Any thoughts? Would accessing those hooks for the 'member directory include' script (http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=10414) cause this?

I doubt that's it, but you can try removing that hack and see if the users list works properly. Like I said, remove other plugins and see if the list behaves normally.
