Allowing Level 1 Members to Post

I did a couple of searches and couldn't find the answer (doesn't mean it isn't out there)

but I am wanting to allow all level 0 to see all post that go onto my blog.

I am wanting to charge anyone that is a level 1, but I want for level 1 to have the ability to create a post.

in addition to this, is there any way that if level 1 stops payment and becomes a level 0 is there a setting that will automatically remove or "hide" their post?

For Level 0 you can use the s2Member restriction options available and set it the way you want. For Level 1 with the ability to post, you'll have to use a plugin that lets you edit the role to add that capability. https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/
