Post to pages

I am utterly confused. Installed the free version of s2member on the Nash theme and after going through the 1st few steps, an option magically appeared which allowed me to link posts to specific pages. If I clicked on "create new page" or edit an existing page there was a form at the bottom that gave me the option to click on a box if I wanted blog posts to be posted to the page, and another drop down menu that allowed me to select the categories I wanted posted on the page. I was pretty excited because that's exactly what I wanted to do with my site...well it all disappeared today and I can't figure out how to get it back! I've been playing with a few plug-ins and themes, but frankly I don't remember downloading or uninstalling anything related to publishing posts on pages so I simply assumed that it came with s2member.
I ended up downloading the Category Page plugin, but it doesn't give me that form that was at the bottom of my pages yesterday. Plus, it requires playing with some codes, which I'm not comfortable with. If anyone is familiar with whatever s2member setting, theme or even plug-in I may have accidentally changed, please help me!

Sorry, that's not an s2Member feature. I don't know what could have done it.
