How to drip content with s2Member

I need to drip content with s2Member and I had outsourced this job but the person doing it said the S2member plugins method for dripping content relies on a functionality that seems to be broken with the latest release of wordpress. Can you explain this to me and walk me through how to accomplish the drip content? Thank you.

The s2Member way of dripping content hasn't changed since I know it (Dec 2010). Please read the documentation here WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> s2Member Content Dripping

Your developer probably used an approach that does need updating after the latest WordPress release, I don't know. Want to post here the code you're using?
