After expiration, what will happen?

Again I want to seek support from you since you are the expert on this field.

What will happen to a user/member if his subscription expires, say 30 days? Is he being demoted to level 0 or being denied access to the site?

That depends on how you're set up. Check under Dashboard -> PayPal Options -> Automatic EOT Behavior -> Membership EOT Behavior ( demote or delete )?

I now see my settings once user expires his membership.

Btw, how can a user auto renew his membership? Do you have any idea how to?
