manually adding people to s2members wordpress

hi there

I'm testing out manually adding members to my s2members list - unfortunately we have people who give us names and address and their fee manually ( at events etc) and ask us to add them up - Its the music industry.

this is fine and we can add their details + make them a paid member etc - but how do we then migrate these details into mailchimp for our email campaign list to recognise them ?

I'm pretty sure that if you have MailChimp integrated with s2Member, then even manual user additions will trigger the MailChimp updates. WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / List Servers -> MailChimp and Automate Un-Subscribe/Opt-Outs

Have you configured the s2Member-MailChimp integration and tested adding a user manually?

i've tried that but nothing seems to add into mailchimp - i'm obviously doing something wrong here - as I've just noticed a new member sitting in s2members in wordpress and hes not in my mailchimp list.
