Create an account link doesn't work

It worked a couple of weeks ago but suddenly quit. When you click on the Create an Account link it just reloads the page. When you hover over the link it shows the register.php page but it doesn't take you to it. www.secfinmonitor.com is the site.

I think the owner must have changed a setting somewhere but I'll be darned if I can find it!

I think you have an error somewhere within your setup. The page http://secfinmonitor.com/register/ is your home page, therefore s2Member is working correctly, but the register page that is set is incorrect.
