Hi,

On your Login Welcome Page, have a script to recognize members that have previously registered (but are now demoted), and provide them with a Modification Button to re-signup ( pay again).
For more info about Modification Buttons go here:

For an example of a script:
Dashboard -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> Using Advanced Conditionals

Or, you can have s2member simply delete the member upon cancellation.
this will allow them to sign up again using the same email address.

reactivating membership

Postby sunny » September 29th, 2010, 12:44 pm

How does a member reactivates him/herself if his/her membership expires or cancelled? I set the system not to allow free memberships and not to destroy a member's record. However, in this case, the ex-member cannot create another membership because his email is rejected because it is already in the system.

What would be the best practice?

Thanks in advance

I'm setting my options to account deletion. Could you please tell me what would be exactly deleted? For ex., does it delete the user's messages, blog posts, etc??

thanks, Elizabeth in advance
