Why do I get this message when trying to login? I'm testing my free s2Member before I start using it for my users.
503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.

You need to reset and config these s2member restriction options:

Brute Force IP/Login Restrictions
Unique IP Access Restrictions

I'm using the default setting for both. I did reset both now, and it works.. Thanks!

You find it under s2Member® / Restriction Options on the right side for both..

This is such a horrible thing that is happening, because a customer paid and can not get access.
It does not make me feel good at all.

This is the only option I see in
s2Member > General Options

I reset IP Restrictions but still no access.

It should be on the line above 'Unique IP Access Restrictions'..

S2Member website said I am out of date.
I am downloading the upgrade now.
