Special config instructions to blog farm?

I guess I am running a Blog Farm. I don't want to charge for blogs or give blog owners the ability to charge for their sites. All I want to do is have a Multisite Network with free blogs, and then have other content on the main site that requires paid membership to access. But it still seems like my setup is the kind that requires special configuration with s2member.

I'm pretty disappointed by support so far. It seems like questions frequently go unanswered here. And I emailed support about my blog farm configuration, but I haven't received a response.

Is there anyone out there who has gotten the additional info related to running a blog farm? Could you please share it with me? My progress is halted until I get those details.
