Pro Form & WP Registration Defaul White Font?

Postby dskallman » September 18th, 2011, 4:39 pm

Hi,

These forms aren't displaying properly, the default WP fields are white and you can only see the * not the name of the Field, meaning First Name, Last Name, username and so on. See links or attached screenshots.

Why is this and how can I fix it?

Thanks,

I woudn't know... Seeing how the asterisks are from the start as if the registration info weren't even there maybe you (by accident) hacked the code...

Also at the end just below the paypal button there appears some information about the button visible to the public.

Hope this helps :) .

For some reason the PHP is not being parsed for the submit button, and the strings at the beginning of the form not being echoed seems related. This may have to do with the new update to the strings for translation.

Are you using a custom template for the form or the default?

Yeah, I haven't changed anything, just copied the shortcode from Pro Forms into a page. It was working before, so it could be related to the update. I deactivated plugins to see if it was conflicting and the errors persisted. Any thoughts on what it may be?

Thanks!

I believe we've identified the problem. This bug was first introduced in s2Member Pro v110912 and affects s2Member Pro Forms whenever they're running on a Multisite Blog Farm, other than on the Main Site. I'm attaching a patch file that you can use for now, and we'll push the fix out in the next official release.

Unzip the attached file and let it override your existing copy of:
/s2member/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-form-in.inc.php
( patches an existing copy of s2Member Pro v110915 )
paypal-form-in.inc.php.zip

Awesome, thanks! I wasn't near a computer to reply sooner, but the patch worked. Yes, it is a multisite install in this case.

Really appreciate your support. The more I use and dig into this plugin the more I love, thanks a million!
