bp 1.5 - custom menus

BP 1.5 allows me to easily customize the menus for a theme.

I would like s2Member to be able to assign levels to menus.
System: Current versions of WordPress Multi Site / BuddyPress / BuddyPress ScholarPress Courseware / s2Member Pro

You mean to even display them or not in the navigation? Or to access the actual content they are pointing to?
