Can I supercede drip content for a particular customer?

Postby drawingsecretsrevealed » September 17th, 2011, 1:30 pm

I have a customer who has been with me for several months with one email address, and but he had to change email addresses, so he cancelled PayPal for the original email and created a new PayPal profile for the new email. However, that means he is stuck at week 1 in my drip content for my course modules. Is there a way to supercede the drip content for this particular customer? The membership level is level 1. Should I just make him level 2? Would that do it?

If your drip conditions are checking the payment time, you could edit his in the database back to the original one he had with the first PayPal profile.

The only database I know of is the "Browse a Member" option in s2Members settings in my WordPress Dashboard. When I click "Edit" on his profile, I don't see any option that has anything to do with his join date. Is there somewhere else I need to be checking?

No, I mean your database. Your webhost probably provides you with a tool to manage it, e.g. phpMyAdmin.

I don't know how to do that. Can you give me some steps to follow?
