Terms of Use option before purchasing my product?

Hi! Is there a Terms of Use option that the user has to click to agree to before purchasing my product? I ask because I am offering a service that has lots of liability that I need to cover in a Terms of Use before my product is purchased. If s2Member does not have this capability, could you suggest a method to achieve this? Thanks so much! s2Member is awesome!

What you could do is put a link that says something like "You have to agree to our Terms of Use" and terms of use make it a link, put this right above the Paypal button and the will notice it.

Good idea but how would that ensure that on record I have that they agreed to those Terms of Use? My clients are international clients so I need them to confirm the Terms of Use/Service online. Thanks for your input though! I still hope s2member has some solution to this....

Oh I see what you might have meant.... From my Pricing Table, they click "Purchase" and then it takes them to a Terms of Use page. If they click "Yes", they move to PayPal page. If they click "No", it kicks them out to another page. This works, but it's not as professional as it could be, you know?

Well I have seen it many times and to be honest it makes me read atleast some of the terms.

Thanks Cristian! I was actually just at that page trying to figure it out and I posted two additional comments at the bottom of the forum. I'm almost there but I don't have it all quite figured out yet. Thanks for your help!
