Inconsistent signup behaviour

You'll find your logs under your WordPress folder -> wp-content -> plugins -> s2Member Logs.

There's no content there Eduan, so obviously I have to turn logging on. I can't see a setting for that in General Options, or elsewhere. Any pointers?

The directory for the logs is /wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/. You turn logging on from here: WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging

OK, I did that yesterday after seeing similar comments elsewhere. I've uploaded the files to this message--hope you can suss out what's happening.

A guess I have is that this might be occurring to people who are ALREADY members of the blog, but choose the SIGNUP option rather than UPGRADE. Perhaps then s2Member doesn't send them a "signon" message because they're already a member--but it also deletes their old record?

Thanks for the logs. Could you please the private info from them?

From the ClickBank one it looks like you may have something wrong in your settings. Please double check everything correctly under WP Admin -> s2Member -> ClickBank Options

About PayPal, I'm not sure yet, since some mention the email being sent. What is your problem exactly with that one? And could you only post the log entries for the transaction with the problem? Thanks!
