Can anyone recommend an S2 member expert for hire?

I have looked on elance, odesk etc. While many are familiar with S2 member, they are far from being experts. I

I would like to be able to work with one person or company continually.

I'm sorry, I don't know someone in particular, other than Jason, but he's very busy lately and can't take new jobs at the moment.

I did post there and got about 20 applicants. Some with more experience than others, and some asking for a LOT of $$ and others not as much. So it is surely worth posting there. The one i picked might not be an expert, and does not charge like an expert but will search anywhere if something is not familiar for him to get the job done.
