Custom Registration Fields Not Showing Up in Admin Panel

I need to add a couple of custom registration fields to my wordpress registration page. However, when I go to the s2member general options panel, scroll down to custom registration fields and open it, below where it says "custom registration fields" is blank.

Do i need to reinstall s2member for custom registration field options to show up or is there a way I can go into the s2member code and manual enter the extra registration fields? I know another person on this forum had the same issue and he opened his site in firefox and they showed up. However, I have tried firefox, safaria and internet explore on my mac and on a pc and still nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Zach. Thanks for reporting this.

You should find a link in the Custom Registration Fields panel that reads "Add New Field". If that link is not visible, please make sure that you don't have any other plugins installed that may be conflicting with s2Member. If all else fails, please feel free to post some screen shots for us.

I'm having the same issue since upgrading. I've attached an image showing the missing fields.

I even tried a fresh install of S2 Member and its still not working properly. The general options page doesn't look the same as it does in the screen captures (with the expanding menus).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
