PayPal subscription with a set time frame

I have a client who is selling a product that has a monthly recurring payment for 3 month - is there a way to integrate a PayPal subscribe button that recurs a set # of times only?

I have a couple of clients that the plug in might work for if we can get the set # of recurring payments subscribe button to work.

Any ideas or thoughts - please let me know.

I know you can set a one-time subscription for 3-months non-recurring. I don't think you can do a recurring payment that ends though. Recurring payments only stop if user cancels or payment isn't made as far as I know.

I had wanted to do this initially myself but never found a way to do it...ended up just lowering my yearly rate a little instead. It might be possible with PayPal Pro - but I don't think it can be done with PayPal standard.
