Downloads not working as before

I have been search for an answer for a while now. No Luck, If anyone would be able to help? I would really appreciate it.

I upgraded the s2member plugin, and I have back tracked through many edits (I have been making on the theme etc.. no edits to the s2member plugin) for days now with no luck. Prior to the update the downloads were working, and I was happy how this plugin was working out.

This is what I used as a link to the download.

It does not output a zip folder anymore? It did prior to the upgrade, at least I feel the upgrade may have something to do with it?

I added the download monitor plugin, and put the zip folder in the download moniters folder as required for that plugin and it will download as a zip folder.

I have been working on a new website for wp and offer downloads.

Current version WP linux, php5, mysql5
Current version of S2member plugin Version 3.2.9
