Increase membership levels

Postby rainbowsurfer » August 15th, 2011, 1:54 am

Hi

I wanted to increase the number of membership levels. Is it best to add the line - define("MEMBERSHIP_LEVELS", 6) to the wp config file via ftp or is there another way

Many thanks

You have to edit the wp-config.php file you're using in your WP installation. Whether you do that via FTP or an online editor, doesn't matter. Remember to put that definition near the top of the file.

I hope that helps. :)

I'd like to increase the membership levels also, if that the only thing you have to do?

define("MEMBERSHIP_LEVELS", 6) to the wp config file via ftp

Loving s2members - thank you!

Thank you

Yep, that's all you need to do. However, for the benefit of other readers, this will ONLY work when s2Member Pro is installed. Adding this configuration line to your /wp-config.php file without s2Member Pro does nothing. Please install s2Member Pro first, and further instructions on how to increase your Membership Levels become available in your Dashboard, under:
s2Member -> General Options -> Membership Levels/Labels.
