Hi

Just starting out here......want to start a listing site, members can create posts which are their 'listing' they can access this post to edit its content but are forbidden from editing any other post except their post.

Site is free to browse for all users, sign up members have the role of author and can make one post only, this post is their listing.

Ideally the registration page would become their post.......but would want to include, image and google map...

Can this be done?

That may be possible, but is certainly fairly custom. I suggest you get help from a developer for your project. viewforum.php?f=37

Im thinking that I could redirect members to a page where they can create a page (Listing) this page could have a gravity form embedded......they have the role of author so should in theory be able to login and have access to there 'Listing' (Post) .....what do you think?
