FREE subscription 10 posts
BRONZE subscription 30 post month
ecc ecc ecc

can i do it with this plugin?

IMHO, you cannot do it without some involved programming, that would create such a specific capability in Wordpress, hooking such routine into the post creation... With this or any other plugin, for that matter.
