Registration Link sometimes missing from confirmation email.

I've had 2 out of 5 subscribers receive their registration confirmation email with no registration link.

"Complete your registration here:
%registration_url%"

I've had a total of 5 paid subscribers sign up using Paypal - 4 on day 1, and 1 on day 7.
The first subscriber (on day 1) got a confirmation email with no registration link - just the variable.
The other three that day went through flawlessly.

No additional subscribers until today.
The subscriber today (day 7) was also missing the registration link in his confirmation email.

Any ideas?

Thanks! I just noticed that 30 seconds ago. I guess the other 3 were missing it too, but registered on the redirect.
