Help with warnings after registration please

I am hoping someone can help me with the following errors that show up on a white screen after a new sub clicks the register button from the register form page. Newest version of s2member used on the suffusion theme.

I'll try that work around. So it's some kind of issue with email?

I noticed that your part of the ZGM... Me too! I am member of a chapter out of El Paso.
