Custom Profile Fields sync w/ WP User Fields

Hi,

I have created custom fields, however I don't see a way to pull the existing fields of website, bio and so on from WP user profile. Also when I use Theme my profile or frontend edit profile, it doesn't save any changes. Any recommendations?

The problem I am also having is I cannot save changes made in bio or website, which is another reason I ask for help.
