s2member, 2checkout and affiliate

I recently bought s2member pro module because it's too lite to use, customizable and I really enjoyed button generator.
I used WishList before and for creating button, each time I had to go PayPal again and again. But s2member is really excellent.
Anyway, PayPal, Google Checkout have no support for my country (Bangladesh). So 2Checkout module is really essential for us.

But I think non-coder like me need a detail instruction. And it'll be better if you add this for pro module.

2CheckOut has been requested before, but we don't have a date for that gateway to be integrated. If you need it soon, I suggest you look for help to get it done for you. viewforum.php?f=37
