iDev affiliate not tracking

I have iDev up and running and have installed the pixel tracking code as in the video yet transactions are not showing up at my iDev installation. I have contacted iDev and they went through my installation on both sites (the S2 site and the iDev site) and confirmed that all should work in their eyes yet it still does not track.

HELP! I have a pissed off affiliate and dont want to take on more until I have things sorted out.
