Shortcode not working on Premise sales page

I just launched my membership site and ran into an unexpected snag when I tried pasting s2Member button shortcodes in my Premise landing page.

Instead of the PayPal button, the page showed the actual shortcode.

I ended up using the full html, which was honestly a pain in the you-know-what. One of the things I really like about s2Member is the ability to place shortcodes in the WP visual editor.

I'm wondering if there's a way I might be able to make this work within Premise landing pages..?

Hi Melissa.

Do other shortcodes work in that theme's landing pages? If not, that's a problem the theme developer should solve.

Thanks Cristian. I haven't tried any other shortcodes but will see if I can find some to try out. And I'll check with Premise.
