Trouble viewing protected files on iPhone, iPad, ect.

Hey all!

I am brand new here, but have been using the s2member software for a few months and absolutely love it. The one and only problem that I've run into is that when I upload videos through my FTP client to the "s2member files" folder. I then go to my site, and take all of the necessary steps to link to and protect the videos. Unfortunately whenever I log in to my site on my iPhone or other i device and try to view the videos I get a message that says "the server is not correctly configured." Being that I am not a coder or developer I have no idea what this means or what to do, any and all help is greatly appreciated.
