Installation problem, I think

I have just upgraded to S2memberPro and installed S2Clean When I tried to use it, it made me upgrade my s2member to V111105 framework. That seemed to work except I have lost all the work I have done on individual pages. When I look under Pages in the Dashboard, they are all there, but the content has changed to the one post that exists in the system. When I revert to my previous theme, I still only get the post for content. Did I loose these in the Pro upgrade, or the s2member update, or the change of theme. Is there any way to get them back. Even if I have to recreate them, it would be handy to have the wording that I settled on eventually.

Also are there any S2Clean tutorials? I was under the impression that there were templates that came with this, but I can't seem to find them.

Also, you should activate the deactivation safeguards under WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> De-Activation Safeguards.
