partial downloads

A user of mine reports that she gets only partial downloads of the files that I make available on an s2Member-protected page. After logging in, she right-clicks on the download links, selects "save target as", and gets something like 'wP5Tnc3I.htm.part'.

The download links are like this:"?s2member_file_download=filename.zip". She is the only user reporting this issue, her settings are Windows + Firefox (also tried IE):
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1"
"Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0)"

I use s2Member ver.111105 wp 3.2.1 with ssl enabled for login and admin. s2member protected pages are http

Any cue as to what to do server-side, if at all?

edited to add: the download files are 2MB - 12 MB at the most.The server is dedicated, no shared-hosting.

I could not followup on this issue,meanwhile updated to 111206, as my users are monthly subscribers I'll let you know if the issue is still there.
