Using Credit Card Directly - PayPal Standard

Hi,

I understand by the previous thread that for "Subscription" Button
PayPal Standard ( free )
- you only pay processing fees per transaction
- Customer checkout @ PayPal
- Subscriptions "require" a Customer to have a PayPal account.

For "Buy Now" Button in PayPal Standard, it does not require a customer to have a PayPal account, he/she can use credit card directly by PayPal site.

My question:
Why the "Buy Now" Button generated by s2member pro still needs PayPal account for customer to checkout?
