Problem with Free Signup

Hey I have recently installed s2member Pro on my site, mainly for the use of the pro forms.

I have a signup for a free subscription and a paid subscription.
As far as I can tell, the paid subscription works fine but the free one has an error.

Under the heading Security code, I get this error:
An internal error occurred: 4B204439E8C40.AB44A90.2732

And as a result, free subscribers can't start a new membership.
Please help, I have no idea what to do!

Hey Stephen,

When do you receive this error? After pressing the submit button on the free registration form?

Could you take a screenshot of the error and include it here?

Hey sure,
It's before I even submit something (see first picture)?
Just under the security code thing

It looks a though you could ignore it and click submit anyway, but when you do (see second picture).
It comes up with the error: Missing or invalid Security Code. Please try again.

I am actually getting the same error on one of my sites for the FREE sign up. My other sites works fine but they are paid membership sites.

I just learned this is a known problem related to reCAPTCHA. It will be addressed in the next update to s2Member. Until then you can use the fix described here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15924&p=53305&hilit=internal+error#p53335
