Custom Registration/Profile Fields - Unique Field ID

I am attempting to show the User the date of their membership expiry on the User Registration Form. I am following the example given for showing an s2Member field '[s2Get user_field="country_code" /]', but the form only allows 25 characters to be stored in this field when I inspect the element. i.e. I can only enter '[s2Get user_field="countr'.

Is this a known bug, and what is the estimated fixed date?
