CCAPS not being updated for existing members

My s2member installation isn't working properly when an existing member tries to add additional custom capabilities. The ccaps are being sent to PayPal correctly as I notice in my IPN logs, but for some reason, they are not updating the user on the WordPress side upon payment. I need help getting this fixed. Would love to pay someone to help me.
