i created a csv file exactly as required by the plugin but it reports that username must be lower case alphanumeric and will not load. I have quintuple checked and they are all lower case alphanumeric. How come?

From where to where are you importing/exporting the members?

I held our member file in Access 2010. I raised a query to extract the data for S2Member in the order required and exported it to Excel. I added the columns for S2 which were not in my Access DB and then exported it as a csv file. The Data appears to be in exactly the format required when i view it in notepad. I attempted to import it using the import function in s2Pro.

Have you tried creating an export file to view the format it's in? Then make sure yours uses the same. And you could use MS Excel or OO Math to edit the file instead of Notepad, should be easier to read. :)

Christian, thanks for the reply . I have discovered that some of the quote marks were forward and others back. Corrected and now loading ok
