Missing custom registration fields

I added custom reg fields earlier, but when I went today to look at the fields (in General Options) I see the space where they are supposed to be (it says "Custom Registration/Profile Fields:") but right after that line is a blank line and then "Collect First/Last Names during Registration?". No custom fields shown. Anyone have any idea what happened? They still show up when people register, I just have no way to edit anything anymore.

The only major changes I've made to my site that I can think of is I tried installing BuddyPress (but ended up removing it) and I've upgraded my theme from Platform to PlatformPro. I can't imagine what those would do to effect the listing of custom reg fields, however.

No one has any idea about this? Has anyone else seen their custom fields disappear?

Did you save the changes after you created the custom fields? After you create the field, although they are in the list, you have to go to the bottom of the General Options page and save the changes. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options

As I mentioned in my original post, the fields show up on the registration page. I've had several people register using the fields and the information shows up in the users panel. I just stopped being able to see the fields in the General Options page. Therefore I can't make any changes to the fields.

OK, sorry for misunderstanding.

Hmm... It may be a JavaScript conflict. Probably with the theme, since that's what you mention having changed right before.

Could you, as a test, change the theme to the default and see if the custom fields now show in your General Options page?

If that doesn't work, try deactivating other plugins one by one and check after each if the problem goes away.

I'm not 100% certain, as I've started a completely clean install, but one other weird problem seems to have been solved by removing the plugin 'Auto Font Resizer Plugin' and s2Member now seems to show the fields. I added back one plug-in at a time and when adding AFRP some things stopped working. It would seem to be the other plug-in developer's fault (since it does affect your plug-in and another one I'm using) but you might want to take a look at it and see what is going on...I've submitted a bug report to the plug-in in Wordpress.org's internal system for that...
