I just spent the past few hours finally getting my drip feed working for my membership site. Phew! However, a feature that I would love to be able to implement is the ability to show on the site the number of days until the next content will be available to the member.
Ex. Member signs up and has access to the first week of content. However,I configured the site so that the rest of the content is not yet available. In the second weeks content section it would only show the number of days until that content becomes available i.e in 7 days time. Third week in 14 days time and so on...
Once the 7 days has elapsed the content is shown. I would to implement this for all the content modules on my site. Each month and week
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I was just thinking about how to do this. I hope my logic is correct...we would need to take the date that the members signs up on add the number of days that has been set for each content module and then subtract the current date from that. Correct, yes? And then when the time equals zero the content is shown or the timer cancelled (for me I would just want the time cancelled as I have already configured the drip feed.
Now hoe to implement it...any ideas folks?
