problem with pro version

I went to pro version and I did not get any new member with the pro. Today I got a new payment but he was not recorded as new member by WP. Checking the rtn log file I can see this only for the pro version

I suspect I did miss some customers but I'm not sure. For the moment, I decided to go back to free version of the plugin.

Please check your settings for PayPal PDT/Auto-Return Integration (WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal PDT/Auto-Return Integration) and PayPal IPN Integration (WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal IPN Integration). Are those settings configured correctly?

Also, please show us any relevant information from your paypal-ipn.log and paypal-api.log files (please enclose the log file data in code boxes, or attach the file itself to the post using the 'Upload attachment' option at the bottom). If the log files have any sensitive data, please X out the private data before sharing the log files.

Camille, are you doing a free trial? I ask because it see it mentioned in the logs as a possible reason for sending the user to the homepage, since PayPal sometimes takes a short while to get in touch with s2Member.

Could you explain some more what the problem you're having is? I couldn't be sure from the first post. Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand "free trial".
With S2member, I had no problem with new membership. I upgraded to S2Member pro and I had no new customer for a while. The last one made is payment with Paypal but no new member was created by Wordpress/S2member pro. For the moment, I did check all Paypal options in S2member and wend back to S2member "free" as I don't really need the options of pro version for the moment. I will wait for another client. If it works correctly, I will reinstall Pro version and wait

Are you using the pro-forms or buttons for PayPal?

If the Pro-Form, please change the PayPal Pro Forms / Recurring Profile Behavior to "Real-Time / Direct Pay" try another purchase, see if you still have the problem. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> PayPal Pro Forms / Recurring Profile Behavior

I'm re-reading your first post and kind of understand that you were using s2Member and was working fine, but after adding s2Member Pro you started having the problem of users not being created after payment. Did you change anything other than installing the Pro add-on?

Ah, I just noticed in your log that you have WP 3.2.1, could you try updating to 3.3? Also s2Member and s2Member Pro to the latest (today's) v111220, please. See if that takes care of your problem.

I use Buttons. I will take a look at pro-forms (did not know they exist).
I did not change anything after upgrading to pro.
I will upgrade to WP 3.3 (I was waiting to see if all plugins were updated).
