Checkbox CSS

I added checkboxes to my registration form and I cannot seem to get the CSS the way I want it to look. I want it in a block with the checkbox and label on the same line. I cannot seem to get that to work in the custom field area of S2Member control panel. Any ideas?

Is there a CSS file and associated php file I can edit directly?
