Fields disappearing in PayPal Pro / ProForms

OK, please help me with this mystery.

I'm using ProForms with PayPal Pro. Here's the link to our page. (Still testing)

The form shows up just fine, however there should be 2 additional fields. One for zip code and one asking for a referral name.

Here's the crazy part. It won't show up if I put the short code in once. But it does show up if I put it in TWICE. (But the coupon code box disappears and the PayPal option disappears, too.)

How do I get both the coupon code AND the zip code/referral fields to show up?

Hi mclanea,

I'm looking at the page right now and I see all three fields (coupon code, zip code, and referral name). Are you currently using one or two shortcodes?

If you're using two shortcodes to make this work, I think this sounds like a possible plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all your plugins (except s2Member) and see if that fixes the problem?

That sheds some light on it. It works fine in Firefox. But Chrome is not showing the second set of fields.

Since this is a production site (this is a non-production page, but will move to production) I can't disable all plugins. That's not very practical!

I'm using Chrome (v16.0.912) on Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) and I see the second set of fields just fine. Can you try clearing your browser cache and restarting all your browsers?

You can try Plugin Organizer to deactivate plugins in a single page to test there, while they remain active in the rest of the site. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/plugin-organizer/
