How to add log-in into a widget

I've set up s2member kind of different. Not as a paysite, but as a controller to grant users access to information about our business at different levels. I want to add a log-in to a widget on one of my pages so if they are locked out they can simply log-in on the right (widget) and gain access to the information they seek. Is this possible?

If I buy the pro version do I need to re-install it again?

If you buy the Pro version you don't need to re-install, you just need to install the Pro version. For more info on how to do that correctly check this post:
