Clickbank Integration

I'm currently using the s2Member Pro and been testing the workflow with Clickbank. One question I do have is the thank you page. Currently, it only shows you an alert box saying to check your email upon payment received from Clicbkank (sandbox testing). I don't know if this is a big issue for Clickbank because they want to actually see the thank you page before approving our product. Another issue is in the sandbox mode, users don't receive a confirmation email. Is this the correct behavior?
