Main Page Not Being Protected, All others are?

Postby mfroseth » January 11th, 2012, 1:27 pm

As the title says, It appears that my main page (index) is not being protected however the other pages are.

You can view this at:
http://www.s140273.gridserver.com/agents/

username: support@michaelfroseth.com
password: A8YNwxi2JzNJ

They should be re-directed to the subscription page, which I've customized to say something different about restricted access as they have not been verified yet.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

Thanks

Could you please try Alternative Views Protection?
You can find them under WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Alternative View Protection ( please read ).

Check this video for more info:

Hope this helps. :)

That works! However it appears it is just removing all the content. Is it not possible to redirect them to the subscription options page?

if you need them to be redirected then you need to protect the index page at the level that you want to be required.

Note that this is not possible if the homepage is the index, since the homepage is supposed to be free for everyone, s2Member will not allow you to protect the homepage.

Hope this helps. :)
