End subscription and paypal recurring payment

My client's customers don't use the unsubscribe button, the email if they want to end their subscription.

The problem is, we can't figure out how to end the recurring payment in paypal.
I know it's a paypal question, but it's help section sucks.

I tried to change the total cycles to "2" instead of "no end date", but it won't let med save.

Is there an easier way?

Sorry. I just saw I could cancel or deactivate each profile in Paypal!

There's also an s2Member Subscr Cancellation button generator (WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons -> PayPal Subscr Cancellation Buttons) that when clicked will send your customer to the necessary page in their PayPal account to cancel their subscription. (They'll need to be logged in to s2Member use the button.)
